I want to start off by saying that I hope this post inspires and helps you plan a party for your child. Birthday parties don’t have to be extravagant or super fancy, but I just wanted to share what I chose to do for my daughter in case it helps a mom out there! You may read this and choose to do only one thing that I did, or none of the things that I did, and that’s okay! I appreciate you taking the time to look at this post!
I started to think about Chloe’s birthday party in January and I was exhausted and still tired from all of the holiday festivities around Christmas. So I reached out to Bash Kids Events who we have rented from in the past for almost all of Chloe’s birthdays and I saw that they have this beautiful huge pink wall that they set up and can deliver. It was love at first sight! I love supporting a local business. Perla from Bash Kids Events was right on time and set up everything you see in the first two pictures. She even did the gold castle on the pillar for her cake! My Disney loving heart was so happy.
Chloe’s one request was a princess tea party, so that’s exactly what she got!

The enchanted rose was one of my favorite details at her party! I have a reel on my Instagram showing exactly how I made it if you’re interested. I’ve also listed some supplies here, but you can also check your local stores! I got the perfect red rose at Hobby Lobby and grabbed this plastic dome from the Target dollar spot.

Each party guest received a golden book before they left! I bought a variety of options and let the kids choose which one they wanted. I loved the idea of my little Belle handing out books from her library.

I also got a pack of Disney princess crowns from Party City. They’re super light weight and tie with ribbon, so even our youngest princesses kept their crowns on!
This backdrop was a labor of love! I purchased 7 plastic tablecloths from Hobby Lobby, cut them into 2 inch strips, and tied each strip to thiswhich was recommended to me from my friend Tiffany who owns Glamfetti, so I knew it would work! I then used my photo stand backdrop to hold it up with zip ties on the top and the sides. Be sure to get the 8 inch length zip ties! It took me about 5 hours to complete but it was fun taking photos in front of it! The “Let’s Par tea” letter balloons were also from Hobby Lobby.

I knew I wanted a fun activity for all of the party guests, and when I came across these teapot planters, I knew it would be perfect! My kids LOVE to paint. I purchased paint in a variety of pastel colors, sponge brushes, dot brushes, and paint plates. I loved that they could be used to grow a plant (or put a faux plant in) after the party was over.
Chloe’s Belle dress is from Taylor Joelle. She was super comfortable in it, plus it’s so beautiful and just like Belle’s! We will definitely bring it on our next trip to Disney! That link is not an affiliate link, I just genuinely love their character designs!
I ordered Colton’s Beast shirt when we went to Disney World last October and ate at Be Our Guest restaurant. I’m glad he got to wear it again for Chloe’s party! I love a good sibling match, and he loved being comfortable in a tshirt! I found it true to size. It also comes in a men’s option! How adorable would a daddy daughter match be, too?!

Chloe loves pink and her cake is actually from HEB! This is an easy design that I know they do well. I purchased the gold glitter “4” from Hobby Lobby in the cake section.
I ordered custom cookies from Sift & Swirl, another local business I loved supporting! Marilyn does the most AMAZING work on her cookies and they’re so delicious too. I loved treating our guests to her special and beautiful work.

We had a variety of snacks and food out for our afternoon tea party. I can’t believe I didn’t take pictures of the milk tea! Oh well. I really wanted to have actual tea at her tea party. The food table had popcorn, water, honest juice, sweet tea, milk tea, charcuterie, cookies, and donuts! I painted my tea pot to match the teacup we just took pictures in at Disney Land! I borrowed the pink tulle table skirt from my best friend Cindy and it matched the party perfectly!
Chloe painted her teapot pink! I’m going to add some faux florals to it and put it on a shelf in her room.
A huge thank you to my parents for hosting Chloe’s party in their backyard! It was the perfect space for all of us to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.
I embroidered my mom a shirt with Mrs. Potts and my dad’s shirt with Cogsworth (totally matches his mustache!) using my awesome sewing and embroidery machine.
Happy 4th birthday to my sweet girl! Thanks for reading and happy party planning!
