When Shiopei asked me to come to Baltimore, MD for her wedding, I was ecstatic! I love photographing outside of Texas when I get the chance. Plus, I have some family in Baltimore and Virginia so I knew it was a beautiful place. The snow from the blizzard the week before was still there and looked so pretty in the photos! I had such a hard time narrowing down my favorites for this wedding. Even though it was 20 degrees outside (with wind!!!!), it was an amazing day with sun and blue skies. I was amazed at how willing everyone was to go outside to take pictures…and it was so worth it! Also, I have to say thanks to Katherine, one of Shiopei’s bridesmaids, for referring me!
Stay tuned for Shiopei and Edward’s incredible after session at Cloisters Castle!

Shiopei and Edward decided to do a first look (I LOVE when couples do this!) so we had plenty of time for photos.

The expression on Edward’s face is priceless.

My favorite!

Edward’s reaction as Shiopei walked down the aisle was SO sweet…even though they did a first look, this moment is always so precious.

Off to the reception (in style)!

Shiopei & Edward had a traditional Chinese reception…which was exciting for me because I also knew the food would be delicious.
