Annie & Sam’s wedding was so beautiful! I love the color pink in all shades (can you tell from my website?
) and the accents of yellow, green, and orange were perfect. The weather was gorgeous as well as the ceremony at Fort Bend Community Church followed by a reception at Tuscany Villa. The beautiful flowers were done by Lori with Special Arrangements. Annie and Sam had an atypical wedding schedule – they got married in the morning, had an afternoon reception, a small break in the middle (where I had time for some amazing photos!), and an evening reception to end the day. It was long, but so worth it! I really enjoyed seeing everyone celebrate with this amazing couple, and they made me feel part of the celebration too! Enjoy the sneak peek!

I’ve done a few indoor ceremonies at this church, but not an outdoor one – it was perfect!

Before the wedding, Sam mentioned to me that Annie wanted some photos with bales of hay if we could find them. On the way to the church, I spotted a whole field of them!

Normally I have about 15-20 minutes with the wedding party, but for this wedding I had a whole hour!![]()

Sam proposed to Annie with his own version of Taylor Swift’s “Love Story”. I happen to love Taylor Swift and in the music video for this song, there’s a part where she runs to Romeo in an open field. It’s gorgeous and one of my favorite scenes in the video…so I used that as the inspiration for this shot:

First dance at dusk…I love the soft light!
