Annie + Sam

Annie & Sam’s wedding was so beautiful! I love the color pink in all shades (can you tell from my website?) and the accents of yellow, green, and orange were perfect. The weather was gorgeous as well as the ceremony at Fort Bend Community Church followed by a reception at Tuscany Villa. The beautiful flowers were done by Lori with Special Arrangements. Annie and Sam had an atypical wedding schedule – they got married in the morning, had an afternoon reception, a small break in the middle (where I had time for some amazing photos!), and an evening reception to end the day. It was long, but so worth it! I really enjoyed seeing everyone celebrate with this amazing couple, and they made me feel part of the celebration too! Enjoy the sneak peek!

I’ve done a few indoor ceremonies at this church, but not an outdoor one – it was perfect!

Before the wedding, Sam mentioned to me that Annie wanted some photos with bales of hay if we could find them. On the way to the church, I spotted a whole field of them!

Normally I have about 15-20 minutes with the wedding party, but for this wedding I had a whole hour!

Sam proposed to Annie with his own version of Taylor Swift’s “Love Story”. I happen to love Taylor Swift and in the music video for this song, there’s a part where she runs to Romeo in an open field. It’s gorgeous and one of my favorite scenes in the video…so I used that as the inspiration for this shot:
